• Orders are subject to product availability. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you and offer an alternative or a full refund.
• We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as the primary payment method. Additional payment methods may be added in the future.
• You agree to provide valid and accurate payment and delivery information.

• We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery times and fees vary based on your location and the delivery option selected.
• Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
• Risk of loss and damage passes to you upon delivery of the product.
• Please inspect your order upon delivery. Report any damage or discrepancies within 24 hours by contacting our customer support.

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchange Policy. Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery subject to the conditions outlined in that policy. Refunds for approved returns are processed within 7-14 business days.

• Products sold by Inspire Home Store carry the manufacturer's warranty as specified on the product page or packaging.
• Warranty claims must be directed to the respective manufacturer's authorized service centre.
• Inspire Home Store will assist customers in coordinating warranty claims where possible but is not directly responsible for warranty service.
